For this purpose, for example, data on click behaviour, length of visit, system settings and origin of the user are collected by means of the use of analysis software cookies in the form of text files. Cookies are stored on your computer for these evaluations. This data can be saved on the servers of the operators of the analysis tools. The data collected is not used to personally identify the user and is not combined with other personal data of the user.

However, the tool triggers other tags, which in turn can possibly collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If you have deactivated cookies, this setting will also remain for all tracking tags within the Google Tag Manager.

Additional information regarding the terms of use for the  Google-Tag Manager can be found in the privacy protection of Google: https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

Social Plug-Ins

Our websites use the social plug-ins from various providers of social networks. By using social plug-ins, we offer you the opportunity to interact directly with our posts via the comment function.

By clicking on the respective social media plug-in, you will be forwarded directly to our website at the corresponding social network and your data will be transmitted to the server of the respective provider of the social network. These are, among others, the IP address, date and time of access, identification data of the browser and operating system used, the website from which access was made.

We would like to point out that we have no influence on the scope of data processing by the relevant social network provider. The purpose, type and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data can therefore be found in the data protection guidelines of the respective provider.

Please note that the servers of the providers of social networks may for the most part be located in countries outside the European Union. Companies that process data in countries outside the European Union are subject to data protection laws, which regularly do not guarantee the protection of personal data to the extent that is the case according to the data protection laws of the European Union.

The following social-plug-ins are offered on our websites:

Facebook

The Facebook plug-ins on our website are operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA, USA. The Facebook plug-ins are identified by the Facebook logo. As soon as you use such a plug-in, your browser builds direct contact with Facebook so that your information is transmitted directly to a Facebook server. If you are logged in to Facebook while visiting our website, Facebook can directly link your visit to your account. When a comment is sent or the "like" button is pressed, this information is also transmitted to a Facebook server and saved by it in the USA. In addition, your Facebook interactions are published directly at Facebook and may therefore be visible to your Facebook friends. If you do not want such an interaction, it is your responsibility to log out of Facebook before visiting our website and also to prevent the loading of the Facebook plug-ins on our website by using a "Facebook blocker". The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data can be found in Facebook's data policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

YouTube

The YouTube plug-ins on our website are operated by YouTube, LLC., 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066 USA. The YouTube plug-ins are identified by the YouTube logo. As soon as you use such a plug-in, your browser will build direct contact with YouTube so that your information is transmitted directly to a YouTube server. If you are logged in to YouTube parallel to your visit to our website, YouTube can directly link your visit to your account. When a comment is sent or the "YouTube" button is pressed, this information is also transmitted to a YouTube server and saved by it in the USA. In addition, your YouTube interactions are published directly on YouTube and may therefore be visible to third parties. If you do not want such an interaction, it is your responsibility to log out of YouTube before visiting our website and also to prevent the loading of the YouTube plug-ins on our site by using a "script blocker". The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data can be found in the YouTube data policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps API, a service of Google Inc., for the visual display of geographic information. The information generated by the Google Maps API is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google can transfer the data obtained through the use of Google Maps to third parties as far as third parties process this data on behalf of Google, or this is legally permissible or prescribed. The IP address transmitted by your browser when using Google Maps will not be merged with other Google data. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to process the data received for other purposes or to identify individual users without the companies of the Perschmann Group having or being able to influence this. For these reasons, the use of Google Maps is problematic under data protection law.

However, you have the option of preventing data transfer to Google by deactivating the Google Maps service by deactivating the JavaScript function in your browser. In this case, you cannot use the map display.

By using this website with the JavaScript function being activated, you expressly declare your consent to the processing of the data you have collected by Google Inc. in a way and for the purposes set out above and with knowledge of the data protection issues.

Company: GOOGLE INC.,1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

Additional information regarding the terms of use for Google Maps can be found under: http://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html and in the privacy protection of Google http://www.google.de/intl/de/privacy/.

Newsletter

On our website, you have the opportunity to sign up for our free newsletter. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address, your surname, and your company. The information in the context of the newsletter registration is used to personalise the newsletter. The data you provide will not be passed on to third parties.

We use a so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after we have received your registration, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you would like to receive the newsletter.

If you confirm your wish to receive the newsletter, we will store your data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or until you withdraw your consent. The sole purpose of this storage is for being able to send you the newsletter. Furthermore, each time you register and confirm, we save your IP addresses and the date in order to prevent misuse of your personal data.

The consent you gave has the following wording: "I agree to receive regular advertising from Perschmann Calibration GmbH in the form of the newsletter by email".

You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter (see footer) or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint.

If you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter, your data will be removed from the newsletter distribution list and then deleted completely. If we have collected your contact details in the course of further business relationships, the respective retention periods apply.

Newsletter-Tracking

We would like to point out that we use our newsletter to evaluate your user behaviour using tracking pixels. Tracking pixels are one-pixel image files that link to our websites and enable us to evaluate your user behaviour. These are also implemented in the links contained in the newsletter. The evaluation is carried out by collecting your usage data, which is then assigned to your email address and linked with your own ID.

We use the data obtained through tracking to create a user profile so that we can provide you with the newsletter tailored to your interests. We record when you read our newsletter, which links you click and derive your personal interests from it. We link this data with the actions you take on our website.

We store the data collected during tracking on our server in Germany.

You can revoke tracking by revoking the newsletter as described above under "Newsletter".

Tracking is also not possible if you have deactivated the display of images in your email program by default. In this case, however, the newsletter will not be displayed in full and you may not be able to use all functions. If you have individual or all images displayed manually, the above-mentioned tracking is carried out.
